Huge shoutout to our incredible crew at CJS—aka the “Haus of CJS Team”! 🌟
After months of long nights and putting our absolute blood, sweat, and tears into this project, it is safe to say it was ALL worth it in the end! 🤗
The Product Runway fashion show was a complete success! Presented by and in partnership with , this one-of-a-kind runway show featured original garments inspired by Movement, crafted using 80% building materials from our amazing industry sponsors.
✨ Meet SUPERNOVA ✨ Initially inspired by organic, ethereal light and movement, we explored the illusions of motion created by synthesizing hundreds of identical parts:
🧵 The Cape: Carpet cones from J+J Flooring tied into half-square knots create double-helix ropes—nearly 200 coming together to form a fluid, flowing sheet of rippling color contrasting with layered mesh.
🛡️ The Silhouette: Haworth, Inc. Fern chair backs give a dramatic, broad-shouldered silhouette evocative of knight or samurai armor—the spark behind our superhero!
⚡ The Energy: LED strip lights from Point Source Group, inc illuminate the shoulders in a celestial glow, accented by a Light Art belt buckle containing the source of our hero’s power.
Glowing armor, a billowing cape, and a sense of perpetual energy came together to bring our otherworldly superhero to life! 💫

What a fun night at the Strong Ball last Friday! 🎉✨

Our team at CJS Architects had an absolute blast stepping into a world of play at the Strong National Museum of Play. From endless arcade time and sweet cotton candy to incredible entertainment, it was the ultimate mix of fun and nostalgia for a wonderful cause.

Thank you to everyone who made it such a special evening!

Congratulations! 👏👏👏

The National Women’s Hall of Fame is honored to receive a 2026 Excellence in Historic Preservation Award from the Preservation League of New York State, recognizing the restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic Seneca Knitting Mill.

This recognition reflects nearly two decades of work to preserve the 1844 Mill and transform it into the Hall’s permanent home, creating a space where women’s history can be shared for generations to come.

We’re especially grateful to CJS Architects, whose leadership, expertise and partnership have been integral to bringing this vision to life, as well as the many partners who contributed to this remarkable project.
