Primary bedroom at our East Hills project. Swipe through to see the before. A fresh new look for this neutral stunner. Especially love the new corner nook.

As we continue our house tour from our East Hills project, you’ll continue to see how fun Before and Afters can be! While new builds are great and you have a blank canvas, renovations give me so much satisfaction to show where we came from and what we’ve created, while most importantly making my clients so happy 🩷 Here’s the family room. Swipe through all the way to the end to get a glimpse of the Before.

Swipe through… A sculptural entryway to our East Hills project. So happy to finally share photos. We’re starting the house tour here in the foyer where we kept a neutral, welcoming palette and curved structural details.

I mean… who doesn’t love an animal print?! Always a good idea especially on a runner! Stair runner over at our Flower Hill project

Swipe through for before and after…. The amount of decisions that go into one space can be endless! Here is a before and after of our foyer. When you’re designing a new build you’re working with a blank canvas but when you’re just renovating you need to work with the space you already have. First thing we did here was open up the space. There were so many extra walls that made the foyer area feel closed. We changed a second coat closet to an expanded pantry on the other side allowing that area to shine with decor. Painted, changed the Millwork… instead of changing the whole railing, we just changed out the balusters and painted the railing black as well as the treads and added a gorgeous custom runner. Painted the door black, added art… I must be missing some other changes! They are endless but worth it!

Love a good mix of warm and cool colors. A basement bathroom elevated with rich colors like this gorgeous inky blue and lux materials.

Hi 👋 friends! September always feels like a fresh start to me. The summer was amazing. Lots of traveling and leisure and now ready to buckle up and start working on new projects. I also have so many projects from last year waiting for final touch to get ready to be photographed so I can’t wait to show you what I have been working on! Also feel blessed to be chosen again as a member of Architectural Digests’s Pro Designer Directory. Being recognized by Arch Digest is truly an honor. Can’t wait to see what maybe rest of my friends are up to this fall. Shana Tova to all my Jewish friends and I hope this new year is the best year to come xo Holly

When you want to create a masculine, moody makeover… blue and black for the win. Check out the before pictures. This bathroom kept the same layout, same cabinetry, even the same mirror. It just needed some love and personality.

Because sometimes you just need a makeover… This girls bathroom was in good condition however the room was lacking personality. The shower felt very small and closed in so we opened up the wall. The vanity and linen closet were still in good condition so we repurposed them. Now the room is happy, bright and fun just like the girl who uses it 💜💜💜. Scroll through the before and afters to see the difference.
