The finished exterior of our Belmar, NJ project.

A home where proportion, materiality, and architectural details come together. From the warmth of the cedar shingles and contrasting black-framed windows to the carefully considered rooflines, every element works together to create a cohesive design.

The fireplace is on, the kitchen is busy, and movie night is about to begin. A home designed to bring everyone together, from dinner prep to the opening credits.

A porch earns its place well beyond summer. Coffee on a breezy fall morning, or a blanket and a glass of w**e at night. Thoughtful design makes room for both.

A basement made for football season. Room for the whole crew, a bar close to the action, and every reason to stay home on Sunday. Designed for game day and the gatherings in between.

A warm welcome starts with the porch. Natural wood, textured stone, and glass railings bring a fresh perspective to a classic front porch. The curved entry detail softens the clean lines, while the covered seating area gives you a reason to stay a little longer.

It’s all in the angles.

Steep gables, clean horizontal lines, and balconies tucked into the roofline give this home its rhythm. Each balcony takes a different shape, responding to the surrounding architecture while adding depth and dimension to the exterior.

The main entrance makes a first impression. But the side entrance? That’s where everyday life happens.

Step inside to a mudroom with space to drop your bags and settle in, plus an elevator that makes moving through the home a little easier. Thoughtful design should feel just as good on a regular Tuesday as it does when guests arrive.

There’s something timeless about a white staircase with classic millwork and warm wood tones.

Stairs do more than get you from one floor to the next, they connect the heart of the home. From busy mornings to quiet evenings, they’re part of the everyday rhythm, linking private retreats with shared spaces.

We love how the foyer flows seamlessly into the parlor. While we can take credit for the architectural design, all of the beautiful interiors and design selections were thoughtfully curated by the homeowner, 🙌🏼
