Holiday shipping season is here, and so are porch pirates. 📦

A video doorbell or a camera covering your front door lets you:
• Get an alert the moment a package is dropped off
• Talk to the delivery driver (or anyone else) from your phone
• Record clear footage of anyone who walks off with a box

Pair it with a motion light and a visible camera and most thieves keep walking.

We install video doorbells and HD/4K camera systems for homes across Nassau and Suffolk County.

Lost key? Rekey the building. Lost card? Turn it off in seconds. 🔐

Why more Long Island businesses are switching from keys to card access:
• Shut off a lost or former employee's card instantly
• See who came in, which door, and when
• Set schedules so doors lock and unlock on their own
• Manage everything from your phone

As a Paxton Silver Partner, we design, install and support access control for offices, retail stores and multi-tenant buildings across Nassau and Suffolk County.

The first hard freeze is on its way to Long Island. ❄️

A frozen or burst pipe can do serious damage in just a few hours, especially in a basement, a vacation home, or an office that sits empty over a long weekend.

We install water leak sensors and low-temperature sensors that alert you (and our 24/7 central station) the moment there's water on the floor or the heat drops. Add an automatic water shut-off valve and the water gets turned off for you.

Protect your property before the cold sets in. Call 516-889-3600.

Clocks fell back this weekend, which makes this the perfect week to check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. 🔥

✅ Press the test button on every alarm
✅ Replace batteries in any unit that isn't a sealed 10-year model
✅ Check the date on the back: smoke alarms older than 10 years should be replaced, and CO alarms typically last 5–7 years
✅ Make sure there's a CO alarm on every level with sleeping areas

Want detectors that call for help even when you're not home? Our monitored smoke and CO detection is watched 24/7 by a UL Listed central station.
