Watch for updated menus, flavor of the month, and extra sourdough goodies for sale! Hi everyone and welcome to Rustic Bakes! My name is Sonja Lemke and I make sourdough breads! What started as a new years resolution to "start a new hobby," has grown into something I never imagined. Throughout my time developing and perfecting my hobby, I've been asked (and even begged) to start selling - so, here I am! My goal is to provide families and friends with delicious and nutritious bread that can put a smile on everyone's face all while I get to enjoy the process of making and continue perfecting this craft. I will be selling directly from our home with your custom orders as well as having some surprise flash sales with extra loaves I just happen to make! I look forward to being able to make something delicious for you and your family!

Every Pop up I struggle to know how much and of what to make. And EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you all show up and it just blows my mind. Every time I go into it just so excited to meet new people, talk with my faithful returning customers, and just genuinely look to have fun sharing what I've been pouring my heart and any ounce of energy into baking. And to see every single thing gone I think will forever blow me away 🥹.

Maybe someday I won't have the level of imposter syndrome I have, but in the meantime just know I sincerely appreciate being welcomed into every space I'm in, meeting all the new faces, and catching up with my faithful tribe ❤️

You are all just the best - truly 🫶🏼

And to answer your question "But can I freeze it?" The answer is YES!! All the loaves freeze extremely well so no need to worry about items going bad!
