ProDoor Systems Cleveland has cut the ribbon! ✂️🎉

Our new Cleveland distribution center officially opened October 1, and we were proud to celebrate this milestone with an official ribbon cutting surrounded by company leadership and the local community.

We were honored to welcome Raynor Worldwide board members and North Randall council members for the celebration. A special thank you to Mayor David Smith and Ray Neisewander, Chairman of the Raynor Board, for joining us and sharing a few words to mark the occasion.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this location to life and came out to celebrate with us. We’re excited to be part of the North Randall community and support garage door professionals throughout the Cleveland area.

Sizing comes up more than it should as a source of problems on a job.

Standard residential openings, oversized openings, low-headroom situations, commercial clearance requirements. Each one has its own set of considerations that affect which door can go in and how the hardware needs to be configured.

The dealers who get ahead of this during the measure visit save themselves the callback. The ones who do not sometimes end up back at the job with a door that technically fits but does not perform the way the customer expected.

Q4 is when commercial buyers get serious.

Budget cycles end in December for a lot of businesses and municipalities. That means purchasing decisions that have been sitting in approval for months start moving fast in October and November.
