Sharp edges, start to finish. 🔪✨

We set a fresh, even bevel from heel to tip, then refine it until it glides through food effortlessly.

Every knife is wet ground. Water keeps the steel cool, so the temper stays intact and the edge holds up. No overheating, no shortcuts.

🔪 Titanium cutting boards: cool idea, bad for your knife.

They’re marketed as tough, antimicrobial, and dishwasher-safe — and they are. But that toughness is the problem. Titanium is harder than your knife’s edge, so every cut rolls and micro-chips the blade instead of the board giving way.

Your knife deserves better. Wood and end-grain boards let the edge sink in slightly, so it stays sharper longer between visits to us. 😉

Save the titanium for the blade — not the board.
