There she goes again with her boring dirt videos..

This is actually the most exciting part for me, when you see the actual first step of the footprint! Yes there’s the pad work and excavation first but THIS is when you SEE IT!!! You can envision it a little better, it’s starting to come alive!

Footers ✅

Let’s keep it moving so many inspections during concrete but our team knows what to do, That is the most important part of any build.

Before the walls go up, before the beautiful finishes are added, the most important work happens beneath the surface. A solid foundation gives a home the strength to stand through the years and weather every storm.

At Ceileen Custom Homes, we build with purpose—from the foundation 🆙 🏠

We’re excited to finally be moving forward again! 🎉

After working through inspections and coordinating with the City of Phoenix, we’ve officially cleared the hurdles and are back on track with this garage project. Delays are never ideal, but making sure everything is done the right way is always worth it.

A huge thank you to our clients for their patience and trust throughout the process. Now it’s time to get this garage framed up and keep the momentum going! 💪🏡

Stay tuned for progress photos as we bring this project to life.
