Who's getting into the spooky mood? Let's look at some ghostly plants!

In the first photo, silvery foliage of a dusty miller variety creates a bold contrast with the surrounding shades of green. Grown as an annual here in Northern Michigan, this plant looks good all season long and creates a dramatic effect in the garden.

In the second photo, an ethereal variety of allium catches the wind. The wispy, airy blooms make a big statement when planted in a mass, but their delicate shapes could also make a nice contrast in front of darker, sturdier plants.

In the third photo, we have a garden classic--a white panicle hydrangea. We don't know about you, but to us, that shape looks an awful lot like your classic ghost-in-a-sheet!

Maybe it's a little silly to look for ghosts in the garden, but flowers are meant to be fun! Do you have any ghostly plants to add to our list? Let us know in a comment below!
