I was very fortunate to have lunch with a friend and customer of mine.

They made me this authentic southern Vietnamese meal, simple but delicious.

Check out the Curated Homestead! They are doing some cool things.

This was my kids’ breakfast this morning. 🍳

Busy school mornings don’t leave a lot of time for cooking, but that doesn’t mean a farm-fresh breakfast has to be complicated.

I cooked the bacon and breakfast sausage the night before, so this morning all I had to do was warm it up and scramble a few eggs. A real breakfast was on the table in minutes.

And one of my favorite parts — everything pictured came from our local farm partners and is available through The Curated Homestead. 🤍

🥚 Pasture-raised, farm-fresh eggs
🥓 Pasture-raised bacon
🌾 Pasture-raised breakfast sausage

Real food, raised by Wisconsin farmers we know and trust — made doable even on the busiest school mornings.

That’s exactly what we want The Curated Homestead to make a little easier. 🌾

🥩 Ground Beef… With a Nutrient-Dense Upgrade

For years, Primal Blend Ground Beef is all our family has used — and the best part? It tastes just like regular ground beef.

Primal Blend combines grass-fed ground beef with nutrient-dense organ meats, giving you an incredibly easy way to add naturally occurring vitamins and minerals to meals your family already loves.

We use it for EVERYTHING:
🌮 Tacos
🍝 Spaghetti & meat sauce
🫑 Stuffed peppers
🍔 Burgers
🥘 Casseroles, soups & skillet meals

And our kids? They have absolutely no idea. In all the years we’ve used it, they’ve never noticed a difference in taste or questioned it. It simply cooks and tastes like the ground beef they’re used to.

Organ meats are naturally packed with nutrients like iron, vitamin B12, vitamin A, folate and zinc — nutrients that can otherwise be harder to work into everyday family meals.

And let’s face it… not everyone is excited to sit down to a plate of liver. 😉 This is such a simple way to get some of those nutrient-dense benefits without changing the meals your family already loves.

Same familiar ground beef. An extra boost of naturally occurring vitamins & nutrients.

It’s been the only ground beef in our kitchen for years — and one of our favorite simple swaps for making everyday meals a little more nutrient-dense. 🌿🥩

And yes — you can order it right from The Curated Homestead website for local porch delivery! 🚚❤️

We just got in our new beef sticks, shelf stable without the nitrates. Using culinary and medicinal mushrooms to add flavor.
