Garlic butter shrimp on the grill. This is how you do a Monday 🍤🧈🔥

Cast iron goes right on the SNS Grills Master Kettle over Bear Mountain BBQ Pellets lump charcoal — couple tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and Ope We’re Smokin’ BBQ & Grilling All Purpose seasoning, then the shrimp and a blanket of grated Parmesan.

Everything cooks in one pan over live fire: the garlic butter sizzles, the Parmesan melts into the shrimp, and the whole thing smells like an Italian restaurant opened on your deck.

Served over a bed of jasmine rice to soak up every drop of that butter sauce.

One pan. One grill. Zero complaints.
