not dirt. That’s a failed seal. 🌫️
Here’s what’s happening: every double-pane window has a sealed air gap between the two pieces of glass. When that seal fails, moisture gets inside and sits between the panes — where no amount of Windex can reach it.
What it means for you:
👉 The insulating gas is gone, so that window is basically single-pane now
👉 You’re paying to heat the outside of your house
👉 It only gets worse — the haze turns to streaks, then mineral stains that permanently etch the glass
Good news: you usually don’t need a whole new window. We can replace just the glass unit and keep your existing frame. Faster, cheaper, done in one visit.
If you’ve got one that looks like this, send us a pic or call 253-882-8772 and we’ll tell you what it’ll take.
