It’s the moment every homeowner dreads. A great contractor addresses it immediately.

Is there one wall in your house making every gathering harder than it should be?

For this East Lansing family, it was the wall between the kitchen and formal dining room. The one cooking always seemed to miss part of the conversation happening on the other side.

We opened up the layout and added a peninsula designed for both meal prep and gathering, with seating that brings everyone into the conversation. The original hardwood floors flow through the space, while a green tile backsplash adds a subtle nod to Michigan State.

With design and construction handled by one team, every detail works together from start to finish.

The green cabinets, white countertops and stacked tile give a subtle nod to Michigan State. Each arched doorway connects the spaces and enhances the natural charm.

We built a beverage station - a spot for coffee and drinks that keeps everything in one place. Ideal for hosting or a home with young ones.

Every detail matters, even the ones you can’t see like the outlets tucked beneath the upper cabinets. This keeps the tile looking clean and uninterrupted.
