Have you tried honey nut squash?! They were so cute looking, I had to pick them up at Aldis! Roasted and blended into a creamy sauce, layered with ricotta and mozzarella pasta shells… it’s a honey nut lasagna!

I made some mistakes along the way (definitely didn’t need to roast as long as I did and please avert your eyes to the burnt onion 🫣 You’ll find the full (revised 😂) recipe in the comments below.
