A little montage of this home renovation from start to finish. Along with the 2nd floor and exterior renovation, we added a 2-story rear addition essentially doubling the size of the home. A few weeks ago we posted the two options designed for 2 different owners of this home. This was the selected design that was built!

A simple progress rendering of a "small" 1400 square foot addition we are currently working on for a few new bedrooms on this home we originally designed a little over 20 years ago. Same client, bigger vision. While this is actually a waterfront property and the driveway is nothing like this image, it certainly helps our clients understand the design intent.
