Beside the bed, a male Hemba Singiti figure, early 20th century, ex Newark Museum of Art, stands on a steel pedestal by W Y E T H. A lamp by Blackman Cruz sits on a vintage pine nightstand, beneath one half of Mark Klett’s Saguaro Diptych (2010), with Robert Loughlin’s Ken Kesey Loves the Dead (2011) just in frame.

Above the custom suede bed designed by TORREY, Robert Loughlin’s Ken Kesey Loves the Dead (2011), one of his most important works, is flanked by Mark Klett’s Saguaro Diptych (2010). A pair of lamps by Blackman Cruz sits on vintage pine nightstands, alongside books, crystals, and Hermès trays and coasters.

In the living room, Robert Loughlin’s Astril Traveling and Blue Cheer hang above a vintage mahogany cabinet, beside a table lamp by APPARATUS on a pine pedestal. A vintage LC4 chaise by Perriand, Le Corbusier, and Jeanneret faces the view, with a vintage Swedish floor lamp behind it, and a signed Cy Twombly lithograph rests on a vintage Paul Dupré-Lafon stand. On the coffee table, melted disco ball sculptures by ROTGANZEN and vintage Hermès and Gucci smoking accessories from Mantiques Modern join my book, Private Spaces, from Rizzoli Publications. The sofa, in teddy mohair, is a custom design by TORREY, and the custom jute rug is by STARK.

A valet designed by Paul Dupré-Lafon for Hermès holds a denim jacket and Lucchese boots, with Stetson hats from my personal collection above, next to a vintage cork dresser from 1stDibs. Alongside, Jack Pierson’s How It Was Then (Palm Trees), 1994, a favorite from his Miami years, and an antique bronze male torso on a vintage milking stool that once sat in Paul Newman’s den. Around the corner, Robert Loughlin’s Yoko Ono Is God V (2011).
