You guessed it, even the flooring can be completed off-site! 🏗️

Once a module is enclosed and conditioned, flooring can be installed in a controlled environment, protected from many of the weather conditions that affect conventional jobsites.

Materials are carefully coordinated around the module connections so the finished floor can come together after installation. Completing more finish work in the factory helps reduce on-site activity while maintaining the quality and precision our clients expect.

With our process, fire protection can begin before a building even reaches its final site!

Depending on the project scope, our sprinkler piping can be installed within the modules and tested inside MODLOGIQ’s controlled manufacturing facility.

Completing this work off-site reduces the amount of installation required after delivery. It is just another way our projects arrive more complete and move more efficiently toward opening.

The ceiling height you see all starts with the design you do not!

For this week’s , we’re looking at Building Information Modeling, or BIM. MODLOGIQ uses detailed models to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the building’s structure and architectural elements before installation begins.

This process helps project teams pinpoint potential conflicts early on, plan penetrations and equipment locations, and make efficient use of available space. Better coordination before construction means fewer surprises during installation.
