A look inside our complete transformation of a 100-year-old home on Farm Creek in Rowayton. Our goal was to preserve its historic charm and classic curb appeal, while elevating the entire structure for flood compliance and opening it to the incredible water views.

The heart of the home is a new open living space with a 21-foot-wide folding door that brings the outdoors right inside. The water side features layered terraces and a year-round covered porch, creating effortless indoor outdoor living.

Upstairs, we added a relaxed third-floor retreat with a TV lounge, bed alcoves, and exercise space. The primary suite and guest room share a private terrace overlooking the creek.

This was a full renovation from top to bottom, but the spirit of the original home still shines through.
