Afternoon peeps! Just add a gutter on the front. Reason why, the water run off was killing their plants and carving out the ground. After fighting with it for a few hours, it is up. The reason why I was having a hard time ! I wanted to pitch it a certain way and it wasn't going to work. All because the roof line was not straight and in all fairness this place is over 100 years old. Sometimes your plan's don't work and you just have to go with the flow. Which I hate sometimes lol. But now it is all painted to match the trim. Off to the next project.

Little paint, new trim and fixing sheetrock. I think I spend more time prepping for texter and paint than it takes me to do it. All worth it in the end. Also cleaning to. It drives me nuts have a mess job.

Got to love laying new flooring. Out with the old carpet in with the new flooring. The new flooring has bright up the rooms and looks good.

A little window change out. Nothing much here. Just change out a old weather window, to some new one. A little mudding and trim work.

Bathrooms are all done. This is what I started with and now this is what it looks like now. Pretty much all new plumbing for the house. Master bedroom was paint only. They want to finish the floor them selfs. After a couple changes and some problem solving, the bathrooms look amazing.
