Huffmans Construction Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to join our team here in Naples, Florida.

We are requiring a minimum of ONE YEAR of experience in the construction industry.

We’re not looking for somebody who has to be taught what construction is. We’re looking for somebody who understands how construction operates, knows how to communicate with subcontractors and clients, and can help keep projects organized and moving forward.

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

* Buildertrend construction management software
* Construction permitting and working with local building departments
* Scheduling subcontractors and coordinating jobsite activities
* Construction administration and project coordination
* Ordering materials and tracking deliveries

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

You’ll be working directly with our office staff, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and new leads, scheduling appointments, coordinating jobsite meetings, following up on proposals, assisting with permits, scheduling our drafting team, organizing project documents, ordering approved materials, tracking deliveries, maintaining Google Drive and project files, verifying subcontractor insurance and W-9s, and assisting with subcontractor agreements and payments.

This position requires somebody who can multitask, communicate clearly, stay organized, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Here's something most homeowners don't hear until they're already in the middle of a renovation.
