It's an ADU, but it was designed to feel like a home of its own.

We recently finished this space with everyday living in mind, not as an afterthought to the main house.

Take a walk through the finished project.

A look inside the kitchen of one of our recently completed ADUs.

From the open shelving to the warm wood accents, every part of this kitchen was designed to make the most of the space without sacrificing character.

A reminder that thoughtful design makes a big difference, no matter the square footage.

Good design should feel connected from one room to the next.

From the entryway to the kitchen, every space was thoughtfully designed to complement this home. This is what allows each room to feel like it belongs, even when it's not a whole-home remodel.

A closer look at one of our favorite features from this recently completed bathroom remodel.

The freestanding tub was designed to be more than just a functional part of the space. It's placement and style make it a focal point of the bathroom, showing how the right design choices can make even the simplistic features stand out.

A finished space is only the final part of the story.

Long before construction begins, the design is taking shape through the way the space will be used and the materials that will bring it together. From there, those decisions carry through the build until what was planned becomes part of the home.

That connection between design and construction is what allows us to create spaces that feel considered from the beginning, not simply remodeled.

From outdated to completely reimagined.

After stripping this space down to the studs, we introduced a new partition wall to define the vanity area while concealing the shower behind it. The result is a design that feels intentional from every angle.

It's easy to forget where a space started once the new design feels like it was always meant to be there.

That's the difference thoughtful design can make.

We value the details because good design depends on them.

It's one thing to design a space that looks good on paper. It's another to carry that intention through the build. This shower niche is a small part of an overall design, but the care behind the finish is what shows in our final product.

Every kitchen should feel like it was designed for the people who live in it.

The way you cook, gather, move through the space, and use it every day is different from the next family. That's why no two designs at Box Construction are the same. Each one starts with understanding the homeowner, then designing the space specifically for the way you actually live.

Most people don't realize good design can actually save money.

Making the right decisions before construction begins means fewer changes, fewer surprises, and a smoother process from initial design through completion. That's why design is such an important part of how we build at Box.
