Goodmanson Construction is looking for an experienced mechanic to help keep our growing fleet running year-round. This role offers hands-on diagnostic and repair work, technical leadership, and the opportunity to help shape how our shop operates.

Here’s what we offer:

💰 $40–$48/hour, based on experience and qualifications
📅 Four 10-hour days
🛠️ Tool and boot stipend, company-provided diagnostic tools, uniforms and PPE

This is a hands-on role maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, from heavy construction equipment and trucks to our snow removal fleet. The Lead Mechanic will also help support and mentor other mechanics and keep our fleet ready to go year-round.
