There was graffiti on a public art in downtown Milwaukee, and not for the first time. This installation is powder-coated steel, so pressure washing or a strong solvent would strip the finish along with the paint. We checked with the manufacturer, used the cleaner they approved, and rinsed everything down to neutralize it. Consider this one busted.

You would think all we do is bathrooms! We handle the complete inside and outside of buildings, but so a ton of apartment makeovers to increase rent and lower future maintenance costs.
