Another metal job completed.
The ability to see things through to the end is a gift we are trying to teach. So many of us were so used to leaving things almost completed in the past yet here we learn the value of completion. This program teaches so much more than just roofing. We teach responsibility and teamwork that goes so far beyond what most guys are used to. We show them that working together gets you so much farther in life and being a unit is much more valuable than one of us ever was. Teamwork is how we succeed in life and that goes so much farther than the job. These guys help each other so much outside of work that the job becomes second to a better way of living.
