We're lining up spring 2027 projects now.

This one's a new home we finished a while back. Exterior, screened porch, kitchen, and a couple of the bathrooms.

Thinking about new windows in the spring? Start picking them out this fall.

Specialty units like this arched Pella one (first photo, Middleville job) can take weeks to come in. We measure, order, and have them on site before the old ones come out, so the house isn't open any longer than it has to be.

Before and after on a basement we finished in Middleville.

Framing, drywall, flooring, a wet bar and a bathroom.

If you're planning one, figure out your outlets, lighting, TV spots and built-ins before the drywall goes up. Moving that stuff later is a pain and costs more.

This week on site in Middleville. New siding, trim and deck stairs.

Swipe through: before, house wrap, after. Then the old stairs out and the new ones in.

Quick note on the wrap. Siding is basically the raincoat. The house wrap underneath is what keeps wind and water out of the walls, so we don't skip it.

Quick one on permits.

We pull them on every job that needs one. An inspector checks framing, electrical, and plumbing before the walls close up — second set of eyes on stuff you'll never see again. Makes selling easier later too, and keeps insurance from getting weird if something happens.

We handle the paperwork and schedule the inspections. You don't have to chase anything.

Before and after — shower remodel in Grand Rapids. 🚿

Took it down to the studs. New pan, waterproofing, pebble floor with a bench, tile to the ceiling, black fixtures.

The pan and waterproofing are the boring part. Also the part that actually matters.
