Hey whatever makes you happy, we don't judge 🤷‍♀️

Kids. Pets. Homemade chili. A glass of red on the sofa. Your fabric should handle it all.

Today's performance fabrics feel soft and luxurious while standing up to real life. And the newest indoor/outdoor options? Beautiful patterns and textures that feel just as cozy as anything inside your home.

The hard part is finding the fabric that checks every box. That's where I come in. I have access to the leading to-the-trade suppliers, so you get the best solution for your space, not just what's on the shelf.

This card was half treated with FiberSeal then dipped in coffee. It shows EXACTLY what FiberSeal can do 💪

The treated side stays clean while the untreated side soaks it all in. For larger upholstered pieces, adding FiberSeal is one of the smartest investments you can make.

Ready to refresh your space? I help with:

– Custom roman shades and draperies
– Pillows and bedding
– Indoor and outdoor cushions
– Reupholstering furniture you love

Send me a message and let's find your perfect fabric.

This family of three arrived to their Union Beach home with two chairs and their mattresses on bases. Now they have a coastal retreat with views of the ocean, the Verrazano, and Manhattan.

A mother and her two adult sons moved from North Jersey into this Union Beach waterfront home and trusted us to design the whole thing. Phase 1 starts on the third floor, where the reverse living layout puts the best views front and center.

The brief: transitional casual coastal with a touch of shabby chic and Positano style. Her must-haves were a deep, comfortable white sofa, a dining table that expands from 4 to 8, and extra bar storage.

The oversized sofa is wrapped in a soft, textured indoor/outdoor fabric made to curl up on and built to last. Beside the oversized chair sits a unique mango wood side table I knew was perfect the second I found it. The right size, scale, and shape keeps the chair from stealing the spotlight and brings the whole room into balance.

Since the sofa had only one possible spot, a large beach photograph hangs above the chair, giving the sofa a view of its own. Positano color and texture carry through every corner.

Fresh inspiration, straight from the source!

Recently I spent the day at the annual vendor show hosted by my fabric and wall-covering partners. It's one of my favorite ways to stay ahead of what's new, and this year did not disappoint.

Swipe through for a few of the standouts. Some of these are so fun, I'm already dreaming up the right project for them.

Which one would you bring home?

“My father was the best person I have ever known and though he was taken from me on that day, nothing and no one will ever be able to take away the eight years and two days of my life that I shared with him.

"After my father died, and after I lost so much, I promised myself that I would never lose who I am as a person – the person that my father brought me up to be.

"If you owe someone an apology, tell them you are sorry today.

"If someone asks for your forgiveness, forgive them.

"Start being the person you always wanted to be today and don’t waste your time worrying about tomorrow.”

– Mary Kate McErlean, whose father was killed on 9/11 when she was 8 years old
