Wall framing is up and we're ready for trusses to land on our Lake Bomoseen build. Unfortunately we lost the interior wall footage but you get it. Pre-built wall panels from ar_prefab and McElwain Equipment Rental helping make it look effortless!

We had a beautiful day on the lake last Friday for getting our slab poured. Our friends over at Sargent Concrete & Construction knocked it out of the park again! Excited to share some framing progress soon!!!

Just over here impatiently waiting for the temporary stairs to be pulled out of our New Haven renovation. The cabinet shop is busy working on their replacement. A beautiful new set of white oak stairs for the win! Addison Residential

A well deserved congratulations to our crew up in Ferrisburgh! Their hard work air sealing this home certainly paid off this week. We just had our pre-drywall blower door test and came in well below 1 ACH. This home isn't just a looker, it will also be very efficient to heat and cool!

You never know what you'll find when renovating. Some unique framing, light reading, and heck sometimes even some structural sheetrock. That's what makes them exciting, challenging, and sometimes just plain frustrating. We are fortunate to have some great guys working on our New Haven Reno for some really great clients currently. Excited to start putting everything back together for this project.
