Nice Garage Build for a customer up in Lake Nokomis we framed it sheeted it put the steel roof, soffit, facia windows and doors in and the client wanted to do the siding themselves so we got it all ready for them !! Just a small crew of three guys. We pay attention to all the details. We finished this one up in eight days.

It’s been a busy summer having fun putting together some cool projects nice little garage edition a few decks and the start of a new Garage Build. Looking forward to some cooler weather and a busy fall. Here’s a couple pics of some projects we have recently completed.

It's been a busy past few weeks here at Lawrie Construction. We finished up a few of our bigger projects, along with some smaller ones, built a beautiful three-season screened-in porch, and finished up our boathouse. Looking forward to some more cool projects for the summer.

Here’s a project that we have recently started and every good Build starts with a solid foundation in this particular situation. We are unable to get a concrete truck in so we had to pour the concrete the old-fashioned way one concrete bag at a time this is the start to a beautiful new addition and sunroom screened in porch look forward to seeing the finished project come together

Here is a project that we have been passionately driving to completion, which has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of maintenance-free aluminum railings and glass for installation, to finalize the project and deliver it to the homeowners who will be happy with there stunning new boat house

We're excited to launch into the 2026 construction season at Lawrie Construction with a new boat house build project in Minocqua, which promises to be an exciting venture. We're looking forward to delivering the homeowners a stunning retreat for their boat and a space for creating lasting family memories and joyful moments.
