Mike is back above this roof checking how the white topcoat set up overnight.

Before coating, the crew pressure-cleaned the surface and made needed repairs. The finished coating helps seal and protect the roof, and its white surface is designed to reflect sunlight.

A successful roof project takes more than the people holding the spray equipment.

On this roof with a cupola, Mike shows the crew preparing and priming areas with exposed metal and surface rust. He also points out the team member keeping materials ready so the work can keep moving.

That coordination matters on a large job.

Mike’s word for this job is “neat,” and you can see why.

White walls, red doors and trim, protected concrete and careful edge work are all part of the transformation. At the time of this walkthrough, there was still tape to remove and black shutters to reinstall.

The little details matter

10/26/2026

There’s more to restoring a metal roof than applying the finish coat.

On this agricultural property, the crew pressure-cleaned the roof, added screws where needed and primed surface rust before applying an asphalt-based aluminum roof coating.

You can see the difference as they work across the panels.

We’re scheduling roof assessments now.

The finishing details matter just as much as the big transformation.

Mike walks through this building project, pointing out clean windows and brick, protected fixtures and the final touchups.

The crew takes care to leave a neat, professional result—and the customers were happy with how it turned out.

A big roof takes the right equipment, preparation and an experienced crew.

Here’s a look from above as our team applies a protective coating to an industrial roof.

Not every painting project begins with a surface that is ready for primer.

This building had heavy rust along the roofline and other areas that required additional cleaning and preparation. The crew began by pressure washing the building, including the vinyl siding that needed cleaning but would not be painted.

The next steps include more detailed preparation, taping and bonding primer before the new coating can be applied.

When a building has this much wear, the work completed before painting is especially important.

We’ll give you another look at this project as the work progresses.

We’ve shown you the transformation and the work behind it. Now, Mike walks through the building and points out the details of the finished project.

The steel framework was once red with rust. Now, the framework and underside of the roof are completely covered with an industrial coating. Worn insulation has been patched for a neater appearance, and the exterior is nearly finished in off-white with dark gray accents.

The crew stopped the side-wall coating where the owner plans to install metal, allowing this phase of the project to work with what comes next.

Mike calls it progression—and from the rusty framework to the finished surfaces, this building shows exactly what he means.

After repairs, pressure washing and primer, this old farmhouse roof is ready for its topcoat.

The crew is applying Silver-Brite heat-reflective industrial aluminum roof coating across the metal surface. The bucket truck provides access while the team works across the roof to achieve consistent coverage.

The silver finish helps protect the metal while restoring the bright, traditional appearance that suits this farmhouse. It is a new layer of protection for a home with years of history behind it.

Some of the most damaging corrosion on a grain bin can begin in areas that are difficult to see.

Grain can cake against the underside of the roof and hold moisture against the metal. Over time, that trapped moisture contributes to rust and deterioration.

On these bins, the crew pressure washed the roofs and addressed the affected areas before applying an industrial aluminum roof coating.

Mike takes us in for a closer look at why these areas need attention and how the coating helps protect the metal.

If your grain bins are showing rust or surface wear, give Mike a call.
