New experiences inspire better design.

Cincinnati was the classroom for our latest Study Abroad, where a group of ISG employee owners spent a few days experiencing the city’s architecture and learning from the people shaping it. Visits to GBBN Architects, DAAP (official), and 3CDC offered new perspectives on design and a firsthand look at different approaches shaping the built environment.

A new residential community is officially underway in the City of Greensboro.

HHHunt Corporation recently broke ground on Abberly Rise, its first apartment community in the city. The 288-unit development will offer a mix of living options and resort-style amenities designed around the resident experience.

We’re looking forward to seeing these designs move off the screen and onto the site as construction progresses.
