A little peek inside the new build I shared a few weeks ago! 🤎

The kitchen is coming along, and I’m loving all the warmth and character the finishes are bringing to this space.

Letting in the fall breeze 🍂

One of my favorite parts of remodels & additions is figuring out how to make the most of an existing home before anything gets torn apart.

Plans give us a chance to test ideas, improve the flow, and really see how new spaces can connect with what’s already there. For this home, that meant rethinking the kitchen and gathering spaces, opening up the entry, and creating a much better connection to the new covered deck and outdoor areas.

Sometimes it’s not about starting over, it’s about seeing the potential in what you already have 🖤

Thinking about remodeling or adding on? I’d love to help you work through the possibilities.

Exterior progress update on this beautiful new build 🤍

It’s always so fun seeing all of the exterior selections come together in real life. I’m loving how the light stone, warm siding, and dark accents are all playing together on this one.

Still a little ways to go, but it’s really starting to take shape! Can’t wait to share some of the interior progress soon ✨

Another fun before + after ✨️

I absolutely love how the pine tree is perfectly framed in the arched window. That view was actually the inspiration for the room color... I wanted the whole space to feel like a cozy little treetop escape, and I love how warm and tucked-away it feels now 🤎

I may be a little biased, but it's officially my favorite season! 🍂🤎

It's a coffee break + mood board kind of afternoon 🤎

This one is going to be funnn ✨️

Got to stop by the Delaware County Courthouse addition project this week and see the progress in person! It’s so fun seeing everything start to take shape, and I’m loving that arch detail 👏

Subtle, soft, with a little bit of shine ✨️

Absolutely in love with how the beadboard + wall vinyl combo added character back into this farmhouse 🤎

This little powder room might be one of my favorite transformations 🤎 It already had so much character, so I knew I didn’t want to change everything... just bring out what was already there.

I leaned into the warm wood, went deeper and moodier with the color, and added a mix of vintage-inspired details and artwork to give the room a little more depth and personality.

And the gallery wall… obviously my favorite part 😉
