Histotripsy uses focused sound energy to destroy targeted, diseased tissue non-invasively, bringing meaningful change to physicians and patients. Designed with flexibility in mind, the space supports the company’s rapid growth and mission through collaborative workspaces, staff amenities, and highly technical lab and production facilities.

Avera Cancer Institute – Prairie Center brings together natural beauty and advanced technology to serve cancer care and surgical needs for patients across the Upper Midwest. BWBR partnered with Avera to complete the facility in 2010 and has continued to support its evolution. Recently, that partnership led to a strategic LINAC addition that expands treatment capabilities while building on the Prairie Center’s role as a regional destination for cancer care. https://loom.ly/XzRW9cE

Combining science and engineering spaces with liberal arts programs, the University of St. Thomas Schoenecker Center for STEAM education brings an innovative model that exposes students to fresh perspectives and ideas across fields. The design provides visibility into programs like music performance, structural engineering, broadcasting, and robotics—while creating space for both student and faculty to collaborate and connect across disciplines.

It was a pleasure to join the St Paul Area Chamber's Career Connect Day, where BWBR staff shared enthusiasm and insights about careers in architecture, interior design, planning, and graphic design. The team hosted a fun urban planning activity using 3D-printed blocks representing different types of buildings, landmarks, and other site features. We always love connecting with our community and meeting the next generation of designers! 😊
