Do you need an inspection on a NEW build? Yes. 👇

We teamed up with Paul from Caliber Home Inspections. We only work with the top inspectors. While he sent the drone up to check the roof, we handled the pool inspection.

Brand-new home, and he’d already found a cracked roof tile.

Now, does a new build need a pool inspection too? We did one where the pool was an absolute mess. The tile was crooked, and it was brand new.

New doesn’t mean perfect. It means nobody’s checked yet. 💧
