An entirely new layout moved this kitchen to the opposite side of the main living and kitchen area, requiring the removal of a column, an upset steel beam, and the removal of the existing fireplace to create the new range wall.

We replaced the existing French doors with a wide sliding window above the sink and relocated patio access to the breakfast nook.

Custom cabinetry, panel-ready appliances, and a waterfall quartz island create a seamless, modern look, softened by warm brass finishes and layered lighting.

We’re grateful to this family for trusting us to reimagine their entire home after more than 20 years of making memories here. 🤎

A bar with character, crafted down to the details.

Pewter Green inset cabinetry, honed Negresco granite, and brass accents establish a rich, traditional palette, while an antiqued mirror and illuminated shelving bring the homeowners’ collection into focus. A walnut serving counter adds warmth and creates a natural gathering point, bringing the character of a neighborhood bar into the home.

Wellness, thoughtfully designed into the lower level.

The reimagined bathroom brings together a dry sauna, steam shower, and cold plunge to create a wellness trifecta. Taj Mahal quartzite, custom oak cabinetry, brass detailing, and heated floors add warmth and texture, while wallpaper envelops the space.

The dedicated gym takes a different approach, with mirrors, French glass doors, and alabaster lighting creating the atmosphere of a refined boutique studio right at home.

Two spaces, one intentional approach to elevating everyday wellness.

Their home had the space. It just needed a new vision.

This design proposal transforms the primary suite, turning an existing bedroom into a spacious primary bathroom and combining the former bathroom and powder room into a custom primary closet. A larger bedroom completes a layout designed around the way this family lives.

Downstairs, the basement will become space to gather, unwind, and host, with media and family areas, a music room, laundry room, and a guest bedroom with a new egress window and an adjoining full bathroom.

A basement designed for more than one kind of gathering.

From a custom bar and media room made for Chiefs game days and family movie nights to a guest suite, kids’ play area, and cozy corner for board games, every space was thoughtfully designed around the way this family lives and gathers.

Accent lighting throughout adds warmth and atmosphere, creating a basement that shifts effortlessly from lively game days to quiet nights at home.

Designed around sleepovers and movie nights, this custom space transforms a standard bedroom footprint into an immersive experience with four built-in beds, forest green color drenching, quarter-sawn white oak, arched details, and lighting tailored to each bunk.

Every detail was considered, from individual sconces and outlets to built-in niches and a custom oak ladder. The result is a room that feels playful and sophisticated in equal measure, with a design that makes growing up together feel a little more special.

A kitchen that finally has room for everything this family does. 🤍

By expanding into an underused living space, this remodel created a larger, more connected kitchen with significantly more storage, a generous island with seating for five, and a layout designed around everyday life.

White cabinetry, warm white oak, ceramic tile, quartz and brass finishes bring a fresh, organic feel to the space, while thoughtful details like pantry pullouts, appliance garages and a custom quartz shelf with integrated lighting make every inch work harder.

The result is a kitchen made for cooking, gathering, organizing and hosting, with a design that feels as intentional as the way this family lives.
