Meet Charley. 💜

This sweet little girl and her family are the reason an incredible group of people across the Upper Valley is coming together to do something BIG.

The goal? Raise $250,000 to help create a safe, accessible home where Charley can receive the care she needs.

And here's the beautiful thing: **You don't have to have a lot of money to make a difference.**

You can share her story. Make a donation. Offer your skills, services, or connections. Or simply help us get the word out.

There is room for EVERYONE to be part of this.

I put together a little more about Charley's Courage, why this matters, and how you can help.

I'd love for you to take a minute to read it. And if it moves you, please share it. You never know who might be the next person to step up. 💜

What if the next person who could make a difference for Charley's family is someone YOU know? 💜

Maybe it's a contractor who could donate labor. A business owner who wants to sponsor a meaningful local cause. Someone with building materials, professional expertise, or connections that could help.

Or maybe it's someone who simply has a generous heart.

We're working toward a $250,000 goal to help create a safe, accessible home for Charley and her family, and it's going to take a community to make it happen.

That's where the Upper Valley shines.

Take a minute to learn about Charley's Courage, and please share this with someone who might want to be part of it.

You never know what one connection could make possible. 💜

Analysis paralysis is REAL.

You can know the thing needs to be done. You can WANT the thing to be done. You can even spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about the absolute best way to do the thing…

…and somehow still not do the thing.

Which is why I loved this video.

A few reminders worth stealing:
❤️ Body doubling can be magic. Sometimes you just need another human nearby.
❤️ You do not need the perfect plan before you start.
❤️ Done is a perfectly acceptable first draft.
❤️ You are allowed to change it later.

That last one is HUGE when it comes to decluttering and organizing.
You do not have to figure out the perfect forever-home for every object you own. You do not have to buy the perfect bins. You do not have to create a system that Future You will faithfully maintain until the end of time.

Make a decision with the information you have right now.

Try something.

Live with it.

Notice what works and what doesn’t.

Then make it better.

That’s it. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t even have to be permanent.

And major props to this woman for showing up on the internet being silly, helpful, and gloriously imperfect while reminding the rest of us that we’re allowed to do the same. 😂❤️

So if you’ve been thinking about organizing the same drawer for three weeks, consider this your permission slip to mess around with it for 10 minutes and see what happens.

You can always make it better later.

I’ve been sitting with an idea for a while now—and it has everything to do with YOU and making more room for your actual life. 👀
Not just more room in your closets.

More room to breathe. To rest. For the people you love and the things you actually want to do.

For years, I’ve seen the same thing over and over:

The clutter is rarely just about the stuff.

It’s the mental load. The unfinished decisions. The systems that only work when you have the energy to keep up with them. The cycle of getting motivated, tackling everything at once, burning yourself out... and somehow ending up right back where you started.

So I started wondering:

What if we stopped trying to organize harder and started making our homes easier to live in?

That’s what I’m building. ❤️

A place to:

❤️ Clear clutter without marathon clean-outs, complicated systems, or shame.

❤️ Create simple systems that work with your actual life—not some imaginary version of you who always puts everything away immediately.

❤️ Get support and accountability when you’re stuck, so you don’t have to keep figuring it all out alone.

It’s called Room to Live Collective, and it officially launches September 28.

And I’m inviting a small group of women to join me as Founding Members.

I know what I want this space to do: help women spend less time managing their stuff and more time actually living their lives.

But I want to build it around what YOU actually need. Founding Members will help shape the community from the beginning—and get a deeply discounted rate that stays theirs as long as they remain members.

This is just the beginning, and I have a feeling it’s going to be really freaking good.

If you’re tired of feeling like your home is another full-time job and want more room to actually LIVE, DM me “READY” by September 7th at 7 PM and I’ll send you the details. ❤️

Yes! This. You don't need a major overhaul. Just one small pocket of time to create visual wins, real momentum, and room to breathe!

You don’t need an entire weekend, hours of motivation, or a perfect plan to declutter your home. Set a timer for 15 minutes, choose one room and one small area, and start with the obvious trash. Then decide what stays and what goes. When the timer ends, you can stop—because 15 minutes of decluttering progress is still progress. 🧡
