Room to breathe.

A generous room is about more than its footprint. Upper windows frame the sky and treetops, while views of the terrace connect the living space to the outdoors.

Look up. Look out. Settle in.

What makes a room feel open to you?

Proposed design visualization. Finishes and furnishings are illustrative.

A home takes shape long before the finishes are chosen.

In this proposed design, layered rooflines create the overall form, while a curved canopy gives the entry a character of its own. Seeing the model as a whole helps us consider both the silhouette and the smaller moments that welcome you home.

What catches your eye first: the roofline or the entry?

Proposed design shown in an architectural model view, not completed construction.

The spaces that make a kitchen work.

In this proposed plan, a mudroom sits beside the kitchen, a butler’s pantry connects toward the dining room, and a dedicated pantry opens off that passage. Three different roles, planned together.

Which would you make room for?

Big congratulations to my clients on securing a variance approval tonight in the City of Long Beach, NY!

This milestone shows how powerful it is when property owners approach development with true respect for their surrounding neighbors and community.

Excited to move forward with the rehabilitation of 38,000+ SF of commercial retail and office space, transforming it into something vibrant and impactful.

✨ Stay tuned for what’s ahead!

At AB Designari, we focus on thoughtful architectural design while working closely with engineers and builders to bring it all together. 🏡💡
