Your home has its own personality. Your remodel should, too!

Not every kitchen or bathroom needs to look the same, and that's what makes custom remodeling so special. At R. L. Rider Remodeling, we believe your home should feel like your home, not just another design pulled from a catalog.

Whether your style is bold and distinctive or simple and timeless, we're here to help bring your vision to life.

What makes your home uniquely yours?

More space. More possibilities!

For this project, our team transformed an empty basement into a finished living space complete with a new bedroom and full bathroom. What was once unused square footage is now functional living space that offers more flexibility for the homeowners and adds value to their home.

Sometimes, you don't need to build an addition to get more out of your home. You just need to make better use of the space you already have.

Have an unfinished basement you'd love to put to use? Give R. L. Rider Remodeling a call at (517)487-3713 to explore the possibilities.

Every successful remodel starts with thoughtful planning, and this bathroom is a great example.

From selecting the tile alongside the homeowner to planning the new barrier-free shower, each decision helps bring the overall design together. Our 3D renderings gave the homeowners a preview of what to expect, and now we're seeing those plans come to life.

Making more out of the space you already have!

This basement bathroom remodel is a great example of how an unfinished area can become a valuable addition to your home. For this project, the homeowner wanted to add a bathroom to an unfinished portion of their basement, making the existing lower level even more functional and complete.

One of the best parts of a remodeling project is seeing an idea go from a 3D rendering to a finished space. This project is a great example of how making use of the space you already have can help your home better fit your family's needs.

Sometimes, the biggest part of an addition is figuring out how it all fits together.

When planning this primary suite addition, one of the biggest challenges was determining the best way to connect the new space to the existing home.

Our solution? Tie the addition into the existing kitchen and repurpose the home's bay window within the new primary suite. This approach helps create a more natural connection between the spaces, avoids awkward hallways, and brings in plenty of natural light while minimizing the impact on the existing layout.

Swipe through to see where this project started, what we envisioned during the design process, and how the addition is taking shape today! Stay tuned for the finished results!

A bathroom transformation in the making!

This bathroom remodel is a great example of how rethinking an existing space can completely change the way it looks and feels. For this project, we're replacing the homeowners' old bathtub with a new tile shower, giving the bathroom a fresh look and a whole new feel.

Before the beautiful tile goes in, there's plenty of important work happening behind the scenes to prepare the space for the finished result.
