Terence and his crew did a great job with our tree. We had a very large maple in our backyard that was half dead, called Terence and he came by within a few hours to assess and give a quote (for both the tree removal and stump grinding which was handled by a different company). Very friendly, but a quick 10 min assessment and he was on his way. Sent over a contract and his proof of insurance the same day. I called him on a Tuesday, job was done that Thursday quickly and surprisingly quietly. I'm writing this review on Friday while the recommended stump grinder is taking care of the stump. We're very pleased with his work and the yard is cleaner than it was when he and his crew (just one other guy for this job) arrived. The price seemed very reasonable to me, I'm sure it's extremely variable based on the tree and ease of access but this was not a small job. I also appreciated his communication style. Great prompt communication but was happy to just shoot me some texts apprising me of progress and ETAs for equipment dropoff/pickup rather than knocking on the door 50 times. My partner and I both work from home so that was especially appreciated. We'll definitely be calling these guys back if/when we need any more work done.

Fair price, quick turnaround, tree was down quickly by just 2 people. Job site left clean and tidy.

I found Terence from Shark tree service based upon his reviews and I am so glad I called him. He came gave me a quote and that following Monday he came and took two huge trees and a small one the same day and his clean up was meticulous. I also received a 30% discount! The great work and a great price you just can’t beat.

I can’t say enough great things about Shark Tree Service and its owner, Terrence. From the very first call, Terrence was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. He came out quickly to assess our trees, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave us a fair, transparent quote—no hidden surprises. On the day of the service, the crew arrived right on time and worked with incredible skill and efficiency. They handled some very large, overgrown trees with precision and safety, leaving the yard spotless when they were done. You could tell they take real pride in their work. What impressed me most was Terrence’s honesty and attention to detail. He went above and beyond—checking the health of a few other trees and even offering advice on how to keep them thriving. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about their craft and so committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and top-quality tree service, Shark Tree Service is the one to call. Terrence and his team are true professionals, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!

As advertised! First time using any tree removal company. I wanted a local company with a certified arborist. I appreciate that they have a website with clear info as well. Communication was easy and efficient. Terence got back to me quickly, and figured out a good time to come out based on my busy schedule. It was easy to come up with a plan, get a written estimate and schedule a date. I really appreciated how straightforward everything was and the pricing was very fair I thought! On a budget so that was super important. Terence had one other crew member working with him who did a great job and was very nice.I had one tree taken down and others trimmed. The tree was right on the fenceline and I was worried about my neighbor's brand new shed but everything came down in my yard and was cleaned up nicely! They arrived on time-early actually- and were all business. No surprises and always happy to answer any questions. Can't recommend them enough!

Shark to the rescue!A tree fell on my property while I was out of town for a few weeks. My horrid neighbor called the city on me, so I came home to a nastygram from the city and I only had a few days to tend to the situation. Terrence came out right away to take a look and then removed the tree THE VERY NEXT DAY! He even spread some grass seed on a bare patch near the tree removal site.Such a big help in a yukky situation. I was so happy to have the quick help from a dependable guy. Definitely recommend Shark again and again!
