The Discovery 150 Challenge is going to be our biggest challenge yet, and in more ways than one!
Yes, we still have a long list of places suggested by our amazing followers, but 150 stops is a BIG number! It's also an opportunity for us to take everything we've learned and all the suggestions we've received over the past year and make Food With The Fellas even better.
One of our biggest goals is to improve our full-length YouTube episodes. We want to take things up a notch, and hopefully have the budget to showcase the Top 3 menu items at every local spot we visit. That's something subscribers have asked us to do, and we want to deliver!
Here's the plan: All 150 stops will feature a local favorite in a full episode on our YouTube channel. We'll also share the best moments, highlights, and plenty of food content across Facebook and TikTok.
Here's a fun fact: Thanks to our incredible community across all three platforms, our local food highlights are being seen more than 3 MILLION times every month! Just think about the exposure that can bring to a locally owned business.
That's what motivates us to keep pushing forward and growing the Food With The Fellas mission. We believe local businesses deserve to be seen, supported, and celebrated!
But we also want to be transparent. What we do takes a tremendous amount of time, travel, and money. As we work toward making 2027 happen, partnerships and sponsors are going to play a HUGE role.
When we find and announce our 2027 sponsors, we hope our community recognizes that these businesses are doing more than just advertising with us. They are choosing to invest in a mission, help shine a spotlight on local businesses, and support the communities we all call home.
The honest truth is that without episode sponsors, making the Discovery 150 Challenge happen simply won't be possible. We hope to find businesses that believe in what we're doing and want to be part of something bigger than advertising.
We want to make this bigger and better, continue supporting local businesses, and keep finding ways to give back to the communities that support us.
This is about more than 150 places to eat. It's about the people, the small businesses, and the communities that make our area special.
