A pretty productive day! Fireplaces are almost complete.. just need to stain mantle in office. Chad and his guys got everything done, except crown molding. And I got the accent wall started in the nursery.

Happy hump day! Outside brick mold replaced. Bathroom paneling replaced. Basement got some more drylock touchups. Fireplace mantle stained and paint touched up. Front door got first coat of paint (front and back). Garage door got first coat of paint. Inside railing got second coat of paint.

Another productive day! Baseboards and trim installed where it could be. Inside of fireplaces painted. Ceiling grates painted for drop ceiling. Iron railing got first coat of “stone’s throw’ paint. Most of basement got second coat of drylock. Screen was installed on porch. Floors were patched in. Front door and garage doors installed and locks on front door installed.

A great start to the week!! Foyer light, kitchen lights, living room ceiling fan, and office fan all installed. Ceiling grates painted. Tile for showers and backsplash unloaded. Drywall patchwork started. First coat of “Toasted Bagel” painted on the French doors. Both fireplace makeovers started with “Dash of Oregano” paint .. they will both get wood mantles and wood paneled accents. The accent wall in the master bedroom is complete with “Dash of Oregano”, “Glazed Pears”, and “Toasted Bagel” paint.. not sure if I am feeling the “Glazed Pears“ (yellow color)…we will see if it grows on me.

We are finally finished painting the second coat of Whisper White everywhere it can be painted!!! The master vanity has been assembled. The French doors have hardware installed and a few more paneling touch ups were done. If all goes according to plan, it should be a productive week ahead.
