From an unexpected mess to a room that feels like home again. 🏡

When a Kearney homeowner’s living room ceiling collapsed while they were out of town, they needed more than repairs. They needed someone they could count on.

Our team at Loyal Nine stepped in to help put things back together. We installed new insulation and drywall, then textured the ceiling to give the room a clean, finished look again.

It’s work we’re proud of because it’s about more than walls and ceilings. It’s about showing up, doing the job right, and taking care of our neighbors when the unexpected happens.

Need a hand with more than the roof? From windows and doors to gutters and interior remodels, Loyal Nine is here to help make your house feel like home again.

From Storm Damage to a Fresh Start 🏠

Storm damage is never something a homeowner wants to deal with. But when it's time to put a roof back together, the people doing the work matter.

For this storm-damage reroof, our team installed TAMKO StormFighter Flex® shingles in Rustic Slate, bringing craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride to every step.

As proud TAMKO Building Products Gold Certified Installers, we believe in doing the job with integrity and treating every home with the respect it deserves.

From our crew to your family, thank you for trusting local. Have a wonderful Sunday, neighbors!

☀️ Your Shingles Need a Little Sunshine to Seal the Deal!

Did you know your shingles rely on the sun to help create a strong seal?

Most asphalt shingles have adhesive strips that activate with warmth, helping neighboring shingles bond together and resist wind uplift. That's why installation timing matters!

🍂 Why October can be a great time to plan your roofing project: Cooler fall days can bring comfortable working conditions, while warmer afternoons may still provide the temperatures needed for proper sealing. The key is choosing the right installation window for the weather and the shingles being used.

At Loyal Nine, we believe protecting your home starts with doing things right. As your veteran-owned, local roofing team, we're here to help you make informed decisions and feel confident about what's over your head.

🏡 Have questions about your shingles? We're always happy to help a neighbor.

A NEW ROOF, AND A LITTLE MORE PEACE OF MIND.🏠

A couple of weeks ago, we showed you this project getting started. Today, we get to share the finished result!

Every roof replacement has a beginning, a lot of work in the middle, and that final moment when everything comes together.

For this homeowner, that meant taking off the old shingles, putting in the work, and finishing with a fresh new roof.

We know your home is more than just a house. It’s where your family gathers, where memories are made, and one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.

That’s why we believe the work matters just as much as the finished product.

Thank you for trusting Loyal Nine Roofing with your home!

📍 Proud to serve Kearney, Hastings, Grand Island, and our surrounding Nebraska communities.

Friendly reminder of the day: roofs fight back 🏠 👊

Every now and then, a job gives you a story you’ll be telling for years.

This one happened in Minden.

Shane survived, the roof got done, and we got a pretty good story out of it. That’s a win in our book. 🇺🇸

Happy Friday, Nebraska!

That’s Not Caulk. That’s a Cry for Help. 😂

A tube of silicone can make anyone feel like a professional… right up until the first squeeze.

The truth is, proper window sealing takes more than covering every gap you can see. The right materials, application, and attention to the building envelope all matter when you’re protecting your home from moisture and air infiltration.

DIY is great—until the “quick fix” becomes an expensive repair.

If your windows need more than a little touch-up, give your local team a call. We’ll take a look, explain what’s going on, and help you find the right fix—without the guesswork. We'll be happy to help.

The best time to prepare for winter? BEFORE WINTER ARRIVES.❄️

Nebraska winters can be tough on a home. That’s why the details of your roofing system matter—especially before the temperatures drop.

The Diamond Kote Pre-Winter Thermal Wrap is designed to be part of a proactive approach to preparing your home for the colder months. It’s another layer of attention to detail we’re proud to provide when helping homeowners get their homes ready for winter.

For us, preparation isn’t just a saying. It’s a principle.

As a veteran-owned roofing company, we believe in doing the job thoroughly, paying attention to the details, and making recommendations based on what your home actually needs—not what makes the biggest sale.

If you’re in Kearney, Hastings, Grand Island, or a surrounding community, now is a good time to start thinking about winter—not after it arrives.

Ready to prepare your home before winter hits?
