In the mummy's defense, toilet paper and flush toilets weren't around when he was alive. Being undead after 4,000 years comes with a learning curve.

MEET THE TEAM ❤️💙

Meet Reginald, better known around here as RJ! 👋 RJ is part of our mitigation team and definitely isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. His favorite part of the job is demolition, but what he enjoys most is seeing a customer go from stressed about the damage to smiling once they see the progress and know things are being taken care of.

For RJ, great customer service means being respectful, listening to the customer, and solving the problem. He also wants customers to know that our team genuinely cares about the work we’re doing and the people we’re helping.

A little about RJ: somehow both coffee and energy drinks make him sleepy 😂, he’s a night owl, prefers salty over sweet, and would pick a stay-at-home day. His go-to meal is no small order — wings, jumbo shrimp, fries, and hush puppies. 🍤

Outside of work, RJ enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, playing pool, and anything outdoors. He likes to kick back and relax when he gets the chance, usually has a fidget nearby, and Christmas is his favorite holiday. His coworkers would probably describe him as the funny one. 🎄😂

You should call Roto-Rooter when…
You need a team that genuinely cares, listens to what’s going on, and works to get the problem taken care of the right way. ❤️💙

MEET THE TEAM ❤️💙

Meet Scott Fields, our Solution Specialist! 👋

Scott enjoys being the person customers can turn to when water damage happens and they aren’t sure what to do next. He likes being the calming voice in a bad situation and helping customers feel confident that they’re going to be taken care of.

For Scott, great customer service means making sure customers feel at ease and know the team has their best interest at heart.

A little about Scott: he runs on coffee and energy drinks depending on the day, is more of a morning person, has a sweet side, and will always choose a beach day. He enjoys fishing, spending time with his children, family, and friends, and has been playing drums since he was 13. He also spent about 15 years as a firefighter. 🥁🚒

And if you stop by his desk, there’s one thing you can pretty much count on seeing — something to drink. Always.🥤 Christmas is his favorite holiday.🎄

Scott believes customers should call Roto-Rooter when they want a team that puts their best interest first and works to do things the right way the first time.❤️💙

MEET THE TEAM ❤️💙

Meet Alexandrea — better known as Allie, or “Boss Lady.”👋

As our Office Manager, she supports our technicians and office staff, improves processes, and loves building relationships with customers, suppliers, and the team.

Around the office, Allie is the one who “figures it out.” If she doesn’t know the answer, give her 10 minutes — she will. For her, great customer service means going the extra mile and making sure customers feel supported during what can be a stressful situation.

A little about Allie: she grew up in Jacksonville, runs on coffee and Alani, prefers salty over sweet, and will always choose a Topsail beach day. She loves line dancing, crocheting, college football, traveling, country music, Chick-fil-A, Mission BBQ, and Christmas at Mike’s Tree Farm. You’ll usually find at least two drinks, a notepad, and a NeeDoh on her desk. 🎄🏈

She describes the team as close-knit, hardworking, and always able to have fun while getting the job done.

You should call Roto-Rooter Jacksonville when…
You want a TEAM, not just a company — one that stands behind its work, looks at the whole picture, communicates what we find, and does everything possible to fix the problem right the first time around. ❤️💙

Another 5-star review for Jay and Austin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we say these two are some of the best, we mean it.

This customer said it best: “Just get it done right the first time!” That’s exactly the standard Jay and Austin bring to every call — professional, thorough, respectful, and committed to seeing the job through.

We’re proud to have them representing Roto-Rooter Jacksonville. ❤️💙
