Today’s furnace was red tagged by CenterPoint Energy. The vent had a CO reading of 3,384PPM. They sent out one of their sale person, gave them a quote for over $5700.00k for a 80% efficiency furnace. For some reason they never offered the customer an option for high efficiency. We installed a 97% high efficiency for much less then there estimate for a 80%. This also allowed them to get a $1000 rebate! Give Fine Line HVAC a call, we will prove we can beat the estimates you get from other companies. Trust us to help you.

First Red Tagged furnace change out of the year! Give fine Line HVAC a call to confirm if your furnace is shut down by another company. Either (A) they are just trying to sell you one when it’s not bad or (B)the furnace is truly bad and they charge more than we do to replace it. We also changed them over to a 97% efficiency furnace and got them a rebate! Fine Line HVAC is always here to help. 763-341-7879.
