🌶️ Cowhorn Peppers! 🌶️

Most of my peppers have been pretty sparse this year, except for these abundant cowhorns. With heat on par to jalapeños, these are one of my favorites—probably up there with shish*tos. I use them in all sorts of dishes when I’m looking for a little extra burst of heat and flavor.
