Major development news: Construction is underway on more than 2 million square feet of modern industrial space across Greater Indianapolis and Columbus.
At Indianapolis Logistics Park – Northwest in Whitestown, Indiana, Ambrose has broken ground on Buildings V and VI. That starts Phase II of the park. The 182,000- and 765,000-square-foot facilities are targeted for completion in summer 2027.
The start follows the sale of Building III, a 233,348-square-foot facility developed on a speculative basis and leased in 2025. All four completed buildings at the park are fully occupied.
In Ohio, construction has begun on Building II at Columbus Logistics Park – West in West Jefferson. The 1,067,000-square-foot building will add large-scale bulk space to the market and is expected to be complete in fall 2027.
