Meet the face behind Peake Property Solutions llc!🌲
Hey Eastern Shore! I’m Devin Lord, and alongside an awesome, hardworking crew — I own and operate Peake Property Solutions, right here in our hometown of Hurlock, MD!
You may seen us around: in our trucks, on job sites, or here already on social media. But I wanted to take a moment to personally introduce myself.
I was born and raised here in Dorchester county and attended North Dorchester high School. As well as Chesapeake college and Salisbury University. Driven by big goals, a big heart, and a serious work ethic. From mowing the lawn on my dad’s old John Deere to building a “boat” out of two kayaks and some plywood, I’ve always loved the outdoors and working with my hands.
At 18, I got a job at travers electric in Cambridge. I met incredible people and learned something from my foreman that stuck with me: it doesn’t matter what you do in life, just do it at the highest quality possible. That idea is now the heart of Peake Property Solutions — where trust, honesty, and quality come first.
Our very first job? A spring landscape cleanup at Grace Baptist church in Hurlock! I still remember thinking to myself “man I’m really doing it” —because someone believed in and trusted in me. My dream was no longer just a dream.
Today, Peake Property Solutions is a skilled local team taking on tough jobs with creativity, integrity, and hometown pride. While we still do plenty of landscape cleanups, we have proudly expanded our services to:
