At this waterfront property in Berkeley, our crew milled out the old pavement, stabilized the subgrade and repaved the entire parking lot, plus the road between the lot and the water. We put down 3” of new asphalt across 60,000 sq ft and 5” across nearly 33,000 sq ft. Then we finished it with full striping, ADA accessible stalls and new signage.
