There is something special about a renovated room that feels as though it has always belonged.

Often, that feeling comes from the details. The warmth of natural wood. A tailored upholstery detail that gives a piece a beautiful finish. Art that was chosen because it means something to the people who call the house home.

Creating a refined room is not about adding more decoration. It is about knowing what to include and when to stop. With the right selections, even a newly renovated space can feel collected over time and completely at home.

If your home is ready for its next chapter, we would be delighted to help you make it feel like yours again. Visit the link in our bio to begin a conversation.

We didn’t raise the roof, but we did raise the floor. 😉 And when the floor came up, the windows and doors had to follow.

This Greenville renovation transformed an existing living area into a sophisticated gathering space that connects with the adjoining kitchen.

Getting there meant reworking the architecture, including removing the original window transoms. From there, custom wood cabinetry, a richly textured backsplash, and comfortable seating brought the room into focus.

Now, it’s a place to pour a drink, settle in, and let the conversation linger.

Swipe to see where we started. 🤍

Sometimes the quietest details do the most.

For this room, our clients wanted a little more privacy and a cozy setting for movie nights, with Roman shades they could lower all the way down.

I selected a soft, understated fabric that complements the room’s color drenching, adding texture without competing for attention.

It’s in these quieter details that a room becomes personal, with comfort woven into the design from the very beginning.

A room can have plenty of pattern and still feel restful.

Here, a graceful floral wallpaper sets the tone, while a custom upholstered headboard in a subtle stripe and custom pillows bring in smaller layers of pattern and texture. Soft greens, blues, and a touch of blush keep everything connected.

This is one of my favorite parts of designing a home: finding the combinations that give a room depth and character, right down to the last pillow.

The best part of installation day? Watching my clients feel at home. 🤍

Every decision I make starts with the people who live there, their personalities, the things they love, and how they spend their days. I want my clients to walk into the finished space and see themselves in it, from the pieces that catch their eye to the chair they can’t wait to settle into.

A few moments from yesterday’s walkthrough, with Baxter providing the soundtrack courtesy of his squeaky toy. He seems to feel right at home, too. 🐾
