It’s time for Branchville, NJ’s Annual Halloween Pumpkin Head Scarecrow Contest, and this year, Metropolitan Window Fashions is bringing a little classic comedy to the competition! Inspired by Carol Burnett’s unforgettable Gone with the Wind parody as Scarlett O’Hara, our scarecrow is dressed to impress in curtains and a curtain rod costume! Who says window treatments are only for the inside of your home?
