My coworker requested a Gizmo! So I found a pattern and gave it a try! Made one out of fine fluffy yarn, and one from super thick yarn. Same pattern, just different yarn. I think both turned out super cute and were fun to make!

Ganache had her babies today. A tiny litter of 3. Unfortunately only two were alive, but they seem to be healthy and vigorous. They will depend on each other to stay warm in the nest since mama rabbits don’t snuggle their babies. Praying they both do well to keep each other happy and healthy.

This is Chocolate Ganache! We brought her home from the fair this year in hopes of adding some little chocolates to our herd. Since our chocolate buck Mousse ended up being sterile, we finally have a chance at it again! She is due today or tomorrow, bred to a black buck. Anxious to see what colors we end up with. Here’s a video of her hay stashing, a behavior they show while building their nests. Next comes fur pulling to line and insulate their nest. She’s molting right now so I’ve actually been able to collect some bonus fur from her to make sure her nest is super cozy with the cold weather coming. She had the most dense Rex coat I’ve ever felt. Excited to add her genetics into our mix! Stay tuned and pray for a healthy kindle!!

Found this awesome tin on market place to cover the shed ceiling! Didn’t want new so I could have some patina but wasn’t expecting to find this amazing color! It really brings it to a whole new level. Love it so much!!

The Victory Garden movement during WWIl had Americans growing 40% of the country's vegetables right in their backyards.
This incredible decentralized agricultural effort has been almost entirely erased from modern memory.
Today an average U.S. backyard garden is about 350 to 600 square feet and yields roughly $600 worth of produce annually.
Bring Back Victory Gardens!
